Minor Hotels is seeking a Pastry Chef for the Anantara Convento di Amalfi Grand Hotel on the Amalfi Coast.
You will lead the pastry team, design exquisite pastries, and oversee production with a focus on quality, presentation, and guest delight.
Reporting to the F&B Manager, you will train staff, maintain sanitation, and collaborate with culinary colleagues to innovate menus that reflect authentic luxury and guest satisfaction.
Preference for local candidates near Amalfi.
