Wearelookingfor an HRinternfor Villa Sant'Andrea, aBelmondHotel,thatwillbeinvolvedin awide range of support activities insideourHRdepartment, fromcoordinatingtraining meetings tomaitainingouremployeesdatabase,engagingthemin social activities.
Youwillalsoassist increatingpolicies,processesanddocuments.
Ultimately,youwillsupport the HR Manager onattracting,hiringandretainouremployees.

Mainduties:
Assistingwith day-to-dayoperationsof the HRfunctions;
Providingclericalandadministrativesupport to the HR manager;
Compilingandupdatingemployeesrecords;
Coordinate HR Projects;
Coordinatecommunicationwithcandidatesand schedule interviews;
Support the HR manager toconductinitialorientationtonewlyhiredemployees;
Coordinate social activities foremployees;
Support on Corporate SocialResponsibilitiesactivies.
Strong Computer Skills (MS Office);
Basic knowledge oflaborlaws;
Excellentorganizationalskills andattentiontodetails;
Strongcommunicationsskills;
Degree in HR orrelatedfield;
Good knowledge of English andItalian, Frenchwillbeconsidereda plus.
Training anddevelopmentopportunities;
