A major defense contractor is seeking a Benefits Service Representative to provide key enrollment services for the TRICARE Overseas Program.
The successful candidate will need to deliver educational support and assist beneficiaries over various platforms while traveling *% to multiple sites.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent health-related experience is mandatory along with U.S. Citizenship and customer service experience.
This role demands strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
