Accor-affiliated hotel in Rome seeks a guest-focused receptionist to assist guests from arrival to departure, ensuring a memorable stay. You will greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, respond to requests, and promote hotel facilities to enhance the experience.
You will upsell services, support a dynamic team, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. English fluency is preferred, additional languages are a plus, and Opera experience is valued.
