Pirelli & C. S.p.A. is seeking an R&D Motorsport - Predevelopment & FEA Specialist to support tyre development for major global car manufacturers in Motorsport.
The role is based in Milan within HQ Motorsport R&D, offering exposure to an international, fast-paced environment and cross-functional collaboration from day one.
Ideal candidates hold a Master's in Mechanical Engineering, 1–3 years in FEM or product development, and are fluent in English and Italian.
