Nestlé Purina PetCare - Project Engineer Packing (Greenfield Project) - Mantova Job Details | Nestle Operational Services Worldwide SA
In this role, you will oversee the implementation and start-up of capital investment projects at a new manufacturing site, ensuring alignment with design specs and Nestlé standards.
You will work within a cross-functional team on site constraints, project execution, and contractor coordination.
Your efforts will promote safe, sustainable and efficient production practices while supporting the Mantova greenfield project.
This is a hands-on opportunity to shape the launch of a modern, highly automated line within a global quality-driven organization.

Lead implementation and start-up phases of capital investment projects on site
Define projects considering site constraints and design specifications
Organize project execution and mobilize internal and external resources
Coordinate with plant design and select/qualify contractors
Assist the Vertical Project Manager in reviewing the vertical project brief
Promote environmentally friendly and sustainable solutions
3-5 years experience in capital investment projects development and implementation in food industry
Fluency in English is required
Italian knowledge would be a plus
Factory operations experience
Knowledge of HSE practices to minimize injuries and damages
