OverviewIn this role you implement and promote health and safety strategies aligned with ISO * and Italian law, ensuring a safe workplace.
You will monitor safety KPIs, conduct site inspections, and drive risk-based improvements.
You collaborate with local QSHE teams to deliver training and document management, including DVR and DUVRI.
Your work supports a mission-driven logistics organization that prioritizes safety and compliance, with opportunities to shape processes and training.

ResponsabilitàImplement safety standards in line with ISO * and Italian Decree *
Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive/corrective actions
Lead incident investigations and CAPA processes
Develop and deliver HSE training materials
Organize safety and health checks and maintain essential documentation (DVR, DUVRI, Safety Procedures)
Monitor Safety KPIs and ensure policy adherence
Coordinate medical surveillance in collaboration with medical professionals
Support reporting systems and continuous process improvements
Requisiti fondamentali1–2 years of national experience in a similar role
Fluent in Italian and English (advanced)
Advanced MS Office skills
ACAD user
Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and implement safety standards
Strong collaboration, process improvement, and training development skills
Trainer qualifications per art 37 (mandatory); art 73 preferred
