Work in Portugal – Customer Support Representative (Italian Market)Location: Lisbon, PortugalResponsibilitiesSupport Italian?speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.Assist with product use, troubleshooting, and warranty queries.Collaborate with internal teams for complex cases.Stay up to date with new products and company updates.QualificationsFluent in Italian (C1/C2 level) and good English (B2+).
Excellent communication and empathy skills.Customer service experience is a plus.Ready for an on?site role in Lisbon.Benefits1,000 € per month base salary (×14 months).100 € performance bonus (×12 months).2,000 € welcome bonus.Relocation package: flight reimbursement and accommodation (280 € per month).
