Location:
ROME – GENERAL OFFICEPosition: Pharmacy Sales Representative or Advisor Manager (Entry Level)ResponsibilitiesEstablish and grow long?term partnerships with customers, continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet shared objectives.
Develop a deep understanding of product categories and markets.
Collaborate with the customer team, fostering trust, team spirit, passion, and leadership.
Interpret data to derive actionable insights, driving sales performance.
Participate in coaching and support initiatives offered by your manager.
Engage in ongoing learning programs to enhance skills and career growth.
QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree (preferred: Economics/Management or Pharmacy/Science).
Active engagement in extracurricular activities.
Valid driver's license.
Good written and spoken English.
External focus and real passion for sales.
Willingness to bring creativity and innovation to work.
Strong analytical thinking and skills.
Collaboration attitude with diverse groups of people.
Availability to relocate throughout the Italian territory.
Compensation & BenefitsTemporary direct contract of 12 months, with the possibility of a permanent contract.
Competitive starting salary of €42,100 gross per year.
