OverviewAs a Senior Business Analyst at Kearney, you will join client teams to develop models, perform complex analyses, and contribute as a core problem-solver on research-driven engagements.
You'll work both from the office and at client sites, with training to sharpen essential consulting concepts.
You collaborate with experienced colleagues to help clients address their most important issues and grow your own capabilities.
This role offers a meaningful path to impact through hands-on problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsabilitàdevelop models and conduct complex analyses
perform research assignments at office and client sites
contribute ideas and new information within client teams
work with consultants to solve client issues
participate in training programs to strengthen management consulting methodologies
Requisiti fondamentali2–4 years' experience in strategic consultancy
Master's degree in Business or Engineering
Italian and English proficiency (C1-C2)
autonomous in solving business cases and ready for technical interviews
