Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Design Engineer in Avezzano, Italy to contribute to NAND analog/mixed-signal design in the NVE group.
You will work on analog blocks, regulators, amplifiers, ADC/DAC, and power management while collaborating with global teams to optimize performance, power, area, and reliability.
Strong SPICE and Python scripting experience is preferred, with a Ph.D.
/M.S. in EE as a baseline.
