Csr & Dei Internship (Curricular) - November 2026

Position
During this internship of 6 months you will be part of the CSR and DE\&I department within the Human Resources function and will collaborate with the team in carrying out the following activities:
Job Responsibilities
Social Impact & Community Engagement: Support in managing partnerships with NGOs, foundations, and associations, local community development projects, and corporate volunteering initiatives.
Philanthropy & Social Projects: Support in managing corporate donations, monitoring social projects, and coordinating with beneficiary partners.
Inclusion Strategy Cascading: Operational support for launching various internal initiatives related to the Inclusion Strategy.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE\&I): Support in developing inclusion initiatives, promoting diversity, and raising employee awareness through communication campaigns and engagement activities.
Human Rights & Fair Wage: Support for corporate initiatives regarding human rights and working conditions, as well as monitoring dedicated projects and assessments.
Reporting & Impact Measurement: Data collection and analysis, KPI monitoring, and preparation of internal and external presentations, reports, and communications.
Project Coordination: Support in planning, organizing, and monitoring CSR initiatives, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Profile
Master's degree in Social Sciences, Sociology, International Cooperation, International Relations, Political Science or related fields
Strong interest in social impact, inclusion, diversity, human rights, and community development
Advanced proficiency in English
Advanced knowledge of the Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Proactivity, attention to detail, curiosity, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
Internship Benefits
Gross Monthly Compensation: 800€
