This is a fully remote position , open to candidates based in Italy.
Pay: $90–$170/hr Role Title: QuickBooks Specialist Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote About the Role the company is looking for experienced QuickBooks Accounting Specialists to join an AI training project.
In this role, you'll use your day-to-day QuickBooks experience to review accounting workflows, validate financial data, and identify inconsistencies to help improve AI systems.
Responsibilities Work with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop Manage invoicing, bill payments, and bank reconciliations Generate and review P L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports Maintain Chart of Accounts, customers, and vendors Identify accounting errors and workflow issues Requirements Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop Strong bookkeeping or accounting background Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Preferred Bookkeeper, Accountant, Finance Professional, or Small Business Owner Experience managing multiple clients or business entities Familiarity with financial compliance and accounting best practices How to apply Apply here with your profile.
