Branch Director
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Branch Director to lead our market expansion and operations in this region. You will be responsible for building high-performing teams, establishing key corporate partnerships, and driving business growth in accordance with Assetara Limited's global standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Lead local operations, manage budgets, and define growth strategies.
Partnership Development:
Acquire institutional partners and manage B2B relationships.
Compliance:
Ensure all local operations adhere to Company policy and legal requirements.
Team Management:
Mentor and develop the regional team to meet aggressive targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business leadership, general management, or senior B2B sales.
Strong network in the local financial or tech sector.
Strategic mindset with a focus on compliance and sustainable growth.
Fluent in local language and professional English.
