About the Role
We are seeking an
Application Engineer
to join our team and provide expert support for the integration and implementation of our products into client systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our solutions meet customer requirements and are effectively integrated into their environments.

Key Responsibilities
Provide
pre-sales and post-sales technical support
to customers, ensuring successful implementation of products.
Collaborate with the
sales team
to provide technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the
product integration process
and provide troubleshooting support.
Customize and configure
software and hardware solutions
to meet the specific needs of clients.
Provide training to clients on
product features
, best practices, and effective use of solutions.
Work with
engineering teams
to communicate customer requirements and feedback for product improvement.
Develop and maintain
technical documentation
, including user manuals, knowledge base articles, and configuration guides.
Conduct
product testing
, ensuring compatibility with customer systems and environments.
Stay up to date on the latest product features, industry trends, and customer needs to offer informed recommendations.
Assist in
deployment
and
onboarding
of customers, ensuring smooth transitions from installation to operational use.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Engineering
,
Computer Science
, or a related field.
Experience in an
application engineering
or
technical support
role, preferably with complex software or hardware products.
Strong understanding of
software systems
,
network configurations
, and
product integration processes
.
Experience with
scripting languages
(e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and troubleshooting.
Excellent
problem-solving skills
and ability to think critically when faced with technical challenges.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work directly with customers, offering solutions and ensuring satisfaction.
