ResponsibilitiesPlan the project: define objectives, break down activities, estimate time and resources.
Manage resources: assign tasks, monitor performance and resolve conflicts.
Facilitate communication among team members, clients and other stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed on the project's status.
Monitor and control: continuously track progress against the initial plan, identify and resolve deviations.
Risk management: identify and assess risks, develop mitigation strategies and manage emergencies.
Budget management: monitor project expenses and manage financial resources efficiently.
Client relations: coordinate activities with the client, manage expectations and ensure client satisfaction.
Post?project evaluation: analyze results, identify improvement areas and collect feedback for future projects.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Engineering, or Humanistic Computing.
Good command of English (minimum B2).
Previous experience implementing digitalization projects.
Ability to manage complex projects.
Experience planning, conducting and facilitating meetings with various stakeholders (e.
G., delivery managers, executives).
Result?oriented, determined, proactive, leadership and teamwork skills.
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
Organizational flexibility to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent organizational skills and communication effectiveness.
