Ephos is seeking a Process Engineer specializing in glass panel manufacturing to own, optimize, and scale our glass processing while ensuring optical, structural, and cosmetic standards and maximizing yield.
You will bridge R&D and mass production, lead tooling validation at FAB-2, and collaborate with vendors to achieve top performance and throughput.
This is a full-time on-site role in our Lombardy facility.
