OverviewIn this role you will support cross-border corporate and M&A work, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and transaction documents.
You will be a core member of a collaborative, flexible team that serves founders, family offices and corporate clients.
You'll contribute to due diligence and the delivery of multi-national transactions, shaping deals from inception to closing.
This position offers meaningful exposure to niche, high-impact work within a mission-driven firm.
ResponsabilitàDraft and negotiate commercial agreements and M&A documents
Draft share and asset purchase agreements and shareholders' agreements
Advise on disposals, acquisitions, and investments in multi-national transactions
Lead delivery of M&A or commercial transactions including due diligence
Collaborate with colleagues across overseas offices and time zones
Requisiti fondamentaliNewly qualified / 1 PQE associate
Experience in a Corporate department
English proficiency C1
Excellent academics (not less than ***)
Excellent communication in Italian and English
Ability to draft in both English and Italian standard commercial agreements and M&A documentation
Experience abroad for academic or professional purposes is an asset
Enthusiastic and engaged attitude with good people skills
Teamwork oriented
Strong IT skills (Word & Excel)
