Job Title: Preschool Lead TeacherPay: $25 per hourSchedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)

What You'll Do
Lead a preschool classroom of 3–5-year-olds with intention, care, and creativityPlan and implement age-appropriate, play-based learning experiencesFoster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environmentBuild strong relationships with children, families, and fellow educatorsObserve and assess developmental milestonesParticipate in team meetings and professional developmentWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or GED required; CDA, AA, or BA inEarlyChildhood Education preferredAt least 2 years of classroom experience is strongly preferredCPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain within 90 days)Strong communication and classroom management skillsA love for hands?on, exploratory learningPerks and
