/ppWe are currently looking for a motivated Operations Intern to join our Operations team
/ppYour Role /ppAs a Warehouse Intern, you will support the daily management of our warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you will contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
/ppYour main responsibilities will include: /pulliSupporting inbound and outbound warehouse processes.
/liliManaging administrative and documentation activities related to warehouse operations.
/liliMonitoring and analyzing key operational KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
/liliCollaborating with various teams within operations and supply chain to ensure seamless workflows.
/liliContributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse environment.
/li /ulpWhat You'll Need /ppTo be successful in this role, you bring: /pulliEducational Background: High School Diploma/ A Bachelor's /liliExperience: Previous experience in operations is not mandatory, but six months of prior experience is considered a plus.
/liliAnalytical Mindset: You enjoy working with data and use insights to support better decision-making.
/liliTeam Spirit: You thrive in collaborative environments, bringing a proactive approach and strong interpersonal skills.
/liliLanguage Skills: English proficiency at B1 level, allowing you to work effectively in our international setting.
/liliProactive Attitude: You're eager to learn, improve processes, and take initiative.
