Doctolib is seeking a Senior or Staff AI Engineer to join the Remote Care stream in Milan, Italy.
You will build agentic AI systems for healthcare workflows, collaborating with ML engineers and full-stack teams to ship end-to-end features for clinicians and patients.
The role requires 4+ years as a software engineer with AI/ML experience, 2+ years Python, and comfort with React/TypeScript or Kotlin.
English fluency is essential; hybrid work is offered.
