UpSurgeOn, a Milan-based MedTech company, seeks a Sales Specialist to drive revenue by engaging hospitals, universities, and medical societies.
You will manage the full sales cycle, deliver live demonstrations of hyper-realistic simulators and AR/VR training solutions, and build strong relationships with clinical decision-makers and distributors.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in B2B sales, a proven track record of hitting targets, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
