Experteer OverviewIn this role you support the delivery of fintech and banking?related custom software, acting as the bridge between customers and development teams.
You will translate requirements into functional specs, help plan and monitor projects, and ensure smooth releases that align business needs with technical implementation.
You work closely with banking operations and data management teams to coordinate delivery and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
This is a hands?on, cross?functional role with a meaningful impact on project outcomes and customer satisfaction.
ResponsibilitiesSupport project planning, execution and monitoring of software development projectsCoordinate activities between customers, developers and operations teamsCollect and analyze customer requirements and translate into functional specificationsSupport prioritization of development activities and project timelinesCoordinate daily activities of Banking Operations and Banking Data Management teamsManage and track customer tickets related to software functionalities and issuesBacklog organization and follow?up with development teamsAct as operational point of contact for customers on ongoing projectsPrepare project documentation; support testing and validation phasesCoordinate releases and maintenance activities; ensure compliancewith internal quality standardsQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or in Business Administration, Economics or Finance with IT focusAt least one year of experience in software project coordination, software delivery or functional analysisExperience with requirements gathering and functional analysis; familiarity with SDLCHands?on exposure to software development projectsFamiliarity with project management and ticketing tools such as Zendesk or JiraFundamental RequirementsPermanent full?time employmentGross annual salary 30,**,000Bonus package 5,*,000 per yearComprehensive welfare and benefitsHybrid work model with some in?office presenceOnboarding in Novara with 3 days/week in office#J-*-Ljbffr
