Freelance- Senior Learning

HSPI S.p.A., part of the TXT Group, operates in management and IT consulting, providing Business Consulting, IT Governance and Digital Innovation services and supporting public and private sector clients in organizational and digital transformation projects.
To expand its network of professionals, HSPI is looking for a Freelance Senior Learning & Development Consultant with experience in the design and coordination of training projects.
The consultant will work alongside the HSPI team at its Rome office and will be involved in projects for a Central Public Administration body.
Main Responsibilities
Training project design and coordination: defining and overseeing training initiatives involving both synchronous delivery methods (classroom training, coaching, and in-person or remote sessions) and asynchronous methods (e-learning and self-contained learning modules).
Training architecture design: designing learning pathways, identifying competency models and frameworks, defining formats and durations, establishing tracking standards, and setting criteria for evaluating training effectiveness.
Coordination of project workstreams: coordinating parallel activities assigned to different workstream leads, ensuring consistency across workstreams, adherence to timelines, and early identification of potential misalignments.
Hands-on contribution and deliverable review: reviewing the quality and consistency of content produced by project teams and, where necessary, directly contributing to the preparation of methodological guidelines, documentation, and sections of project deliverables.
Essential Technical and Professional Skills
Experience in training project design and coordination: hands-on experience in initiatives involving both synchronous delivery methods (classroom training, coaching, and in-person or remote sessions) and asynchronous methods (e-learning and self-contained learning modules).
Consulting and digital transformation experience: a background primarily focused on consulting projects in organizational development, digital transformation, cybersecurity, digital security, and change management.
Stakeholder and deliverable management: ability to interact directly and regularly with senior-level clients and stakeholders, managing the review and formal approval of project deliverables.
Proactivity and results orientation: ability to anticipate potential issues, identify timely solutions, and drive activities through to completion, ensuring project objectives are met and independently addressing risks or deviations.

The position is offered on a freelance basis, with a daily fee ranging from €400 to €500.
