Johnson & Johnson seeks a Cell Therapy Account Management Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term role in Lombardy, Italy. The position focuses on managing CAR-T therapy delivery across certified treatment centers, optimizing patient access, and coordinating operational strategy with clinical and operational stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Serve as primary contact between certified CAR-T centers, site stakeholders, and management to coordinate operational processes and implementation
Define and execute strategies to optimize treatment slot utilization and capacity development for Carvykti uptake
Conduct comprehensive market analysis including capacity planning, referral flows, and competitive monitoring
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clinical decision-makers across assigned sites
Coordinate certification processes for new CAR-T sites and troubleshoot operational issues with cross-functional teams
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of healthcare sales experience
Scientific degree qualifying for pharmaceutical scientific information
Strategic mindset with ability to design and implement business plans
Strong clinical and senior leadership relationship-building capabilities
Cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
Market analysis and data interpretation ability
Compensation:
€41,400–€65,665 base annually
