UBQ.io is seeking a Finance Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day financial activities, validate data for accuracy, ensure policy compliance, and assist with timely financial processing.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative across teams.
You will review timesheets, expenses, and contractor invoices; maintain accurate records; and partner with the finance team to improve reporting and expense controls.
Location: EU timezone (Milano area preferred).
