Offer Description The research programme aims to develop organizational models to support innovation in public sector organizations, including higher education institutions and healthcare organizations. The research will investigate the evolution of managerial and administrative processes, work practices, organizational capabilities, and the adoption of digital technologies, such as artificial intelligence, to enhance organizational effectiveness, service quality, and innovation capacity. Research activities will include the design and implementation of qualitative and quantitative empirical studies, the analysis of organizational processes and managerial and organizational practices, and the development of evidence-based organizational models and managerial solutions to support organizational change and innovation across public sector organizations.

The selections are open to candidates, Italian or foreigner, in possession, on the date of the deadline for submitting applications for the admission to the selection, of a master's degree or single-cycle, degree obtained no more than six years previously are eligible to participate in the selection process. These degrees must be relevant to the subject of the research activity.
