To support our continued growth and expansion in the Italian market, we are looking for a customer-oriented and highly organised Aftersales Customer Support Specialist to strengthen our service operations across Italy.
ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate all incoming aftersales enquiries related to service, maintenance, repairs, and spare partsPlan and schedule service technicians' activities to ensure timely and efficient customer supportAct as the main point of contact for customers regarding aftersales requests and service updatesPrepare reports related to service performance, response times, and customer satisfactionSupport customer retention initiatives through proactive follow-upEnsure a high standard of customer service aligned with XCMG brand expectationsQualificationsPrevious experience in aftersales, customer support, service coordinationExperience within machinery, construction equipment, material handling is highly preferredStrong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving mindset and proactive attitudeGood English language skills; Chinese language skillsis a plusTeam player with flexibility and willingness to travel when requiredThis position is based on-site in Livorno, Italy.
