Your RoleAs AI Program Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and driving the company's AI strategy, acting as both a technical leader and innovation enabler.
Main ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor the internal AI teamDesign and deliver AI training programs for both technical and non?technical teamsDevelop AI pilots and Proofs of Concept, including LLM? and RAG?based solutionsSupport business development activities by evaluating AI?related opportunitiesPromote AI adoption across internal processes and customer projectsCollaborate directly with executive leadership on AI strategy and innovation initiativesWhat We Are Looking ForRequired QualificationsDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fieldsAt least 3 years of experience managing AI teams and complex AI projectsProven hands?on experience in AI/ML development and deploymentStrong knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, and RAG architecturesExcellent analytical, communication, and project management skillsFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiesFluent EnglishNice to HaveExperience in aerospace, defense, or other high?tech industriesWhat
