Intuitive Surgical seeks a clinical sales manager in Milan to lead the da Vinci Surgical System field team. This role involves managing clinical utilization, team development, and new system installations across the assigned region while collaborating with multiple internal functions.
Responsibilities
Manage clinical utilization of da Vinci systems within assigned region and installed base
Recruit, train, develop, and lead clinical sales team members
Develop and execute clinical sales strategies to achieve management objectives
Lead new system installations and prospect for upgrades to existing accounts
Collaborate with capital, marketing, and customer success teams on strategy implementation
Requirements
University degree in life sciences or business discipline
Minimum 8 years sales experience with 5+ years in medical device sales
Strong clinical sales background and business acumen
Proven track record of team building, coaching, and developing sales professionals
Ability to operate effectively in matrix organizations
Fluent in English and local language; willing to travel up to 70%
Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills
