ICON is hiring a Site Engagement Liaison in Milan to build relationships with clinical trial sites and support study conduct. The role involves stakeholder engagement, protocol guidance, performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration within a sponsor-dedicated model.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with investigators, site coordinators, and research staff
Provide protocol, procedural, and regulatory guidance to site personnel
Identify opportunities to improve site engagement and performance
Develop and implement site engagement strategies tailored to study needs
Monitor site performance metrics and report outcomes to study teams
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
Clinical research, site management, or related experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements
Prior dermatology experience required
Willingness to travel approximately 60%
Compensation:
€54,496–€68,120 base
