Bulgari is seeking a Recruiting Specialist based in Rome to lead end-to-end talent acquisition and mobility initiatives.
You will manage the recruitment planning, define job descriptions, coordinate candidate assessments and partner with internal clients to ensure best-fit hires.
In this role you will also nurture supplier relationships, monitor budgets, and contribute to employer branding through campus partnerships and content development.
