Technical Sales Engineer - Factory AutomationLocation: ItalyEmployment type: Full timeResponsibilitiesDevelop relationships with OEMs and end?users in Italy, the Middle East and Africa.Travel within Italy, Africa and the Middle East with an expectation of spending 30% of time away from home.Generate new business with existing customers (80%) and new customers (20%).
Secure project specifications and negotiate sales with decision makers such as Project Engineers, Directors, Procurement Managers, Operations Managers, Engineering Managers and Engineers.Compensation & BenefitsBasic Salary: €50K?€65KOn?Target Bonus: 25% (capped at 40% based on achieving 160% of target)Company Car with private useVacation bonus and 20 days holiday (rising to 25 with service)Public holidays, early finish Fridays, overnight travel allowancesCompany credit card for hotels, meals, etc.We are an equal opportunity employer.
