Four Seasons Hotel Milano is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to lead the bar operation with passion and creativity.
You will recruit and develop the Bar team, design beverage menus, and ensure exceptional service for our guests.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years in a bar leadership role within luxury hotels, with knowledge of beverage trends and international exposure.
Strong interpersonal skills and a flair for creative guest experiences are essential.
