For our Milan HQ (Via Brisa 5, Milano), we are looking for a brilliant and enthusiastic HS&E Specialist who can add value at all levels of the business, supporting in the application of policies across the organization and the implementation of a strong safety culture.
The resource will be based in the Milan headquarters and will report directly to the HS&E Manager.
He/she will also travel to the other Ateliers to supervise all the activities connected.Do you match this profile?
Master's Degree in Engineering (Industrial Safety & Risk Engineering will be considered a plus) or in Environmental SciencePrevious experience in a similar roleFluent in Italian and EnglishExcellent communication and relational skillsProblem solver, multitaskingPlanning and organization skillsAbility to work under in a heterogeneous teamIf so, apply for this job
What do we expect from you?
Support the implementation of the H&S standards, procedures and best practices in compliance with legal requirementsImplement HS&E Group Management Policies, Standards and Guidance in line with the Local HS&E Management System and provide relevant training to all affiliate personnelPerform H&S compliance evaluation & supervision and facilitate H&S communication and trainingDevelop and monitor Sustainability KPIs, according to ESG ratingEnsure accurate and timely H&S reportingEnsure arrangements are in place for HS&E audits/reviews and inspections of the workplaceEnsure all occupational injuries/illnesses, dangerous occurrences, incidents and at-risk behaviours are fully investigated and reported with findings and recommendations for preventive action and corrective action where appropriateBase Salary : * KThe Recruitment ProcessApply onlineIf your profile matches our search, you will be contacted by our HR team for a first exploratory interview.
