h3Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten /h3pAs a Senior Regulatory Affairs Expert, you will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance and product stewardship across our European operations.
Your main responsibilities include:br/ /pulliSupporting the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Regulatory Affairs and Product Stewardship systems.
/liliMonitoring and assessing regulatory developments related to chemical products, environmental protection, health, and safety requirements.
/liliEnsuring compliance with applicable regulations, including product classification, labeling, packaging, and registration requirements.
/liliProviding regulatory guidance and support to various business functions and production sites across Europe.
/liliActing as a point of contact for authorities, industry associations, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
/liliSupporting REACH compliance activities and other regulatory initiatives within the organization.
/liliParticipating in REACH consortia and external industry working groups relevant to our product portfolio.
/liliCollaborating closely with international and cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
/liliContributing to the continuous improvement of regulatory processes, standards, and best practices.
/li /ulbr/h3Anforderungen /h3pTo be successful in this role, you should have:br/ /pulliA Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Toxicology, or a related scientific discipline.
/liliAt least five years of professional experience in Regulatory Affairs within an industrial or chemical manufacturing environment.
/liliStrong knowledge of chemical regulations, including REACH, CLP, and other relevant European legislation.
/liliKnowledge of toxicology and ecotoxicology would be an advantage.
/liliExperience with Dangerous Goods regulations is considered a plus.
/liliExcellent communication skills in Italian and English; additional language skills such as German, French, or Dutch are advantageous.
/liliThe ability to communicate and implement regulatory requirements effectively across different stakeholders.
/liliA proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
/liliStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in an international and intercultural environment.
/liliExperience working within a matrix organization and across multiple locations.
/liliA valid work permit and the right to work and reside in Italy.
