The Usual Florence is seeking a Sous Chef to lead the culinary operations, reporting to the F&B Manager. You will oversee kitchen setup, menu execution, and daily service across all outlets.
You will work with local suppliers, implement sustainability and HACCP, recruit and coach the kitchen team, and deliver high-quality dishes aligned with The Usual's concept. This is a pre-opening leadership role for the Florence hotel opening in January ****.
