Auberge Collection in Florence is seeking a Culinary Artisan to join our kitchen brigade for the seasonal, full-time role. You will work across all kitchen positions, bringing creativity, precision, and dedication to crafting extraordinary dining experiences that delight our guests.
The position emphasizes mentorship, menu development with the Chef, and efficient stock management under high standards. A minimum of one year in an Overnight Chef de Partie or similar role is required.
