What You'll Do
People
Uphold brand standards for image and grooming.
Model company behaviors and effectively use the behavior toolkit.
Collaborate as part of a dynamic team to deliver an exceptional Michael Kors experience.
Service
Provide a high level of customer experience for every customer.
Respond to customer questions and concerns quickly and effectively as well as ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain client communication as a MK Ambassador through utilizing all available clientelling Apps and tools.
Proactively manage the CRM database.
Sales
Use product knowledge resources to become a confident selling expert.

Understand business performance and identify opportunities to drive sales.
Operations
Operate cash registers and ensure proper functioning of all related devices.
Accurately process payments and follow company policies for returns and refunds.
Support opening and closing procedures for tills in line with company guidelines.
