At Hotel Cipriani, a Belmond Hotel, Venice, we are looking for a talented Restaurant Manager to join our F supervise, train and develop the team; maintain a daily liaison with the kitchen team ensuring a harmonious relationship between culinary and service team; work closely with the F contribute to the development of the restaurant offer whilst evolving and improving continuously the assigned venue.
Requirements Consolidated experience as Restaurant Manager; Comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant luxury hospitality environment acquired preferably while working a similar position within 5* hotels; Fluency both in Italian and English is mandatory; good knowledge of French is beneficial; Strong leadership skills; Be service oriented and guest focused; In order to be considered for this position you must possess the legal right to work in Italy at the moment of application.
Benefits seasonal contract according to CCNL Federalberghi, Level 2.
Gross monthly salary between * and * euro.
