- Overview We are seeking Consultants for the Italian market.
As Consultant at Arthur D. Little you will take ownership for the delivery of important parts of the assignment under coordination and supervision of your case manager.
Responsibilities You will assume the following
key responsibilities
Management of challenging situations and resolution of client issues through the development of valuable and implementable recommendations Execution of quantitative and qualitative analyses, assembly and in-depth analysis from both primary and secondary sources Articulate and concise communication with global management leaders and preparation of effective summaries Planning, execution and completion of final deliverables independently Coach junior team members and support the office operations leading or participating on internal projects Qualifications As a future Consultant you possess the following
qualifications:
MSc studies (Engineering/Economics preferred) and a strong academic achievement – degree should be awarded from a leading school A minimum of three years of work experience in management consulting or industry experience combined with an MBA Outstanding academic achievement from top-tier universities.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams to solve problems under pressure in a demanding environment Experience in devising and implementing business strategies involving quantitative analysis, market research and performing primary
