Collegio alla Querce, Auberge Collection, Florence, hosts a Pastry Intern excited to develop skills in a professional luxury hospitality environment. Work alongside the Pastry team to create thoughtful and beautifully presented sweet creations, learning through a diverse set of activities.
The internship offers exposure to daily prep, pastries, desserts, and mise en place, with opportunities to contribute to special desserts and events, while maintaining clean, efficient workstations.
