Why you should become a Group Leader
It's not easy to explain, but let's try to sum it up with three hashtags:
#TravelTheWorld
#MeetCoolPeople
#PersonalGrowth
We are a
community of passionate travellers
, in love with the world and always eager to meet new people.
Group Leaders wear the
WeRoad t-shirt only once or twice per year
, leading small groups of travellers around the world. The rest of the year, they live their normal lives — with normal jobs, studies, or projects.
But when they travel with us, something special happens.
Each trip is the chance to
create connections, discover new cultures, and share unforgettable experiences with strangers who often become friends.
The greatest satisfaction?
It usually comes on the
very last day of the trip
, when you look around and realise that a group of strangers has become a small community.
What does a Group Leader do?
A Group Leader is not a tour guide.
Your role is to
lead the group experience
, making sure everyone feels included, safe, and part of the adventure.
You will:
Lead small groups of travellers during WeRoad trips
Create a positive group dynamic
Support the group throughout the itinerary
? Help turn a trip into a memorable experience
Who we are looking for
You might be a great fit if you:
Love travelling and meeting new people
Are comfortable speaking
English fluently
Have strong
communication and leadership skills
Are responsible and organised
Enjoy managing group dynamics
Are based in
Europe
What is the World English Community?
The
World English Community
is made up of Travel Coordinators who lead tours
in English
, with travellers from all around the world.
At this time we are progressing applications from
Native and Fluent English speakers based in Europe
.
If you live in one of our local communities and speak the local language fluently, you may want to apply through the dedicated job posts for:
Italy ? weroad.it
Spain ? weroad.es
DACH ? weroad.de
France ? weroad.fr
Ready to start the journey?
If this sounds like your dream "job", apply now and join the WeRoad community
Meanwhile, if you're
impatient
to travel as a WeRoader, check our website
