Key Technical Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Network Administrator with a strong background in enterprise networking, security, and infrastructure operations.
Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies, including routing and switching.
Proven expertise with Cisco Meraki solutions.
Experience managing and supporting F5 load balancers.
Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking principles and protocols.
Strong knowledge of routing technologies including OSPF and BGP.
Experience with firewall administration, particularly Cisco Firepower and F5 AFM.
Understanding of cloud networking concepts, ideally within AWS environments.
Experience with AWS networking components such as VPCs, routing, security groups, and connectivity solutions.
Strong understanding of network security principles and cybersecurity best practices.
Experience working within ITIL-based operational environments.
Proven track record supporting and troubleshooting complex enterprise network infrastructures.
Knowledge of cybersecurity risk management, vulnerability assessment, and threat analysis.
Experience supporting enterprise LAN, WAN, and Data Centre environments, including:
SD-WAN
MPLS
Direct Internet Access (DIA)
DNS
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and implement effective solutions.
Experience with IPsec VPN technologies.
Experience using network monitoring and performance management tools.

Ability to produce clear technical documentation and reports.

Preferred Certifications
Cisco CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
Cisco Security / Firepower Certifications.
AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, Advanced Networking, etc.).
ITIL Foundation.
CompTIA Network+.
CISSP or equivalent security certification.
Cloud Security Certifications.
Zero Trust Architecture Certification or Training.
GIAC Certifications.
Other relevant networking, infrastructure, or cybersecurity certifications.
