Gleeds in Italy is seeking a Cost Manager (Intermediate to Senior) to lead cost management on major construction projects from early estimates to final accounts.
You will support Business Unit Directors, nurture client relationships, and deliver high-quality cost management deliverables in line with procedures.
Responsibilities include preparing cost plans, option studies, tender documentation, bids evaluation, and reporting to clients.
Fluent English is required; Italian is an advantage.
