/ph3The position: /h3pTo support our growth, we are looking for a Finance, Accounting Controlling Specialist with5-10+ years of experience in financial controlling and accounting, ideally within a SaaS or technology-driven company.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in the implementation and optimization ofaccounting/financial processes and control systems to support strategic decisions.
You will workclosely with the CEO and the leadership team to monitor KPIs, manage financial planning and budgeting, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
/ph3Main responsibilities: /h3ulliEnsure timely and accurate preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
/liliSupport the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
/liliMonitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue recognition, churn and key SaaS metrics (e.G., MRR, CAC, LTV).
/liliOversee cost control activities and support expense optimization initiatives.
/liliManage invoicing, supplier payments and ensure timely processing of accounts payable/receivable.
/liliOversee payroll activities in collaboration with external providers and ensure accurate payment of salaries and related contributions.
/liliAct as the primary liaison to collaborate with external accountants and consultants for tax andcompliance matters.
/liliImprove and maintain internal processes and reporting tools, including automation ofrecurring reports.
/liliAnalyze cash flow and support treasury functions to ensure liquidity and risk management.
/liliMaintain accurate pricing data and integrate updates from distribution partners into systems /li /ulh3Your skills: /h3ulli5-10 years of experience in accounting, controlling or financial roles in tech companies or startups.
/liliStrong knowledge of financial principles and accounting standards, including both IFRS and GAAP.
/liliFamiliarity with SaaS business models, KPIs and financial dynamics.
/liliProficiency in Excel and data analysis; experience with BI tools (e.G., Looker, Power BI) is a plus.
/liliExperience with ERP/accounting software (e.G., Fatture in Cloud, QuickBooks, Xero or similar).
Excellent analytical skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
/liliProactive, hands?on attitude and ability to work independently.
/liliGood communication skills and ability to explain complex financial topics to non?financial stakeholders.
/liliFluency in Italian and English.
