pSingapore Airlines, a leading international airline, welcomes interested candidates to apply for the Customer Services Agent position at our office located at Fiumicino Airport.
/ppThe ideal candidate should be conversant with Customer service and Ground operations, and hold effective communication skills in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
/ppA minimum of 2 years' experience in Airline Airport Operations is required.
/ppThis position requires significant interaction with people.
/ppPlease note that work is scheduled on shifts, during weekends and public holidays.
/ppA positive and pleasant attitude, as well as the ability to work under pressure, are required.

/liliEnsure check-in and boarding commences on time.
/liliRamp duties.
/liliDemonstrate problem solving skills.
/liliProvide positive guidance to GHA.
/liliImplement solutions that avoid or minimize problems.
/liliAssist passengers on arrival at customs and immigration.
/liliHandle mishandled baggage.
/liliSuggest ways to improve the station's processes and increase efficiency.
/liliWrite delay reports.
/li /ul pstrongPerform administrative functions: /strong /pulliVerify invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
/liliFollow up with vendors in the event of a billing error.
/liliIdentify cost saving opportunities.
/liliComplete flight log reports and statistics.
/liliIdentify anomalies and suggest solutions to avoid errors.
/liliComplete online courses as assigned.
/liliPrepare pre-flight/post-flight administrative work for flight operations.
