Overview
We are looking for a Banconista Gelateria for the season ** to join our Gelateria San Giorgio.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges.
He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.
Responsibilities
Ice cream and cafeteria sales and service
Cashier duties
Compliance with health and safety regulation
Requirements
Working experience of minimum 1 year within the same role
Good organizational skills and teamwork
Knowledge of English and Italian
Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Exceptional customer service skills
HACCP certification
Other requirements
Effective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability
Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player
Drive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleagues
