pCelebrity Cruises is seeking an experienced CDP Pastry to lead the pastry galley aboard one of our luxury ships.
You will oversee daily production, ensure the quality and presentation of pastry and desserts, and coach the pastry team under the supervision of the Executive Pastry Chef.
/ppYou will forecast production, monitor leftovers to control costs, maintain strict USPH compliance, and supervise display setups across buffets while ensuring timely, professional service on board.
