We are looking for a part-time remote customer support agent (English) (about 20 hours/week) to work for our clients.
What you will do: Answer customer emails and chats in English for online stores that sell abroad Handle order questions, returns and exchanges Use help desk tools (Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify inbox) Report recurring problems to the team Requirements: 3+ years of experience in customer support, ideally for e-commerce Excellent written English Experience with help desk tools Reliable internet and power backup Able to invoice (registered business or KRA PIN) Italian language is a plus Next step: a short test project.
